    Select SETTLEMENT

    Enter the password, press the OK button

    Confirm the regular sale amount, press the OK button

  • 5

    Confirm refund amount, press the OK button

  • 6

    Print sales draft (Merchant Copy, Customer Copy, and Bank)

    Press the MENU button

  • 2

    Select VOID

  • 3

    Enter the password, press the OK button

  • 4

    Enter Trace Number, press OK

  • 5

    Confirm card number, press the OK button

  • 6

    Confirm the transaction amount that will be voided, press the OK button

    Print sales draft

  • 1

    Press the MENU button

  • 2

    Select SALE

  • 3

    Enter the payment amount and tip (tip is optional)

    Confirm the payment amount, press the OK button

    Insert debit/credit card

  • 6

    Confirm card number, press the OK button

    Confirm the payment amount, press YES for the PIN

    Enter PIN

    Transaction Completed. Please remove the card from the EDC machine and get your receipt as transaction proof

What is EDC BTN?

EDC BTN is an Electronic Data Capture service issued by Bank BTN to optimize payment transactions at merchants with various promos and excellent services.

How much does it cost to get EDC BTN?

There is no fee charged to merchants because merchants are only charged MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) for each transaction with the following conditions:
- Debit On Us 0.15%
- Debit Off Us 100%
- Credit 2.00%

What types of transactions can be accepted by EDC BTN?

EDC BTN accepts debit and credit card transactions with GPN, VISA, and Mastercard logos.
