On 27 August 2025, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (BTN) officially opened the BTN Digital Store at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Building, marking a significant milestone in the bank’s digital service transformation.
The event was attended by Iding Pardi, President Director of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI); Rully Setiawan, BTN Director of Network & Retail Funding; and I Nyoman Sugiri Yasa, BTN Director of Operations.
More than just a conventional branch, the BTN Digital Store is a modern digital service hub featuring a self-service concept and Superstaff. Customers can open an account in just 3–5 minutes, replace a debit card in 2 minutes, conduct transactions using biometric authentication, and access paperless mortgage services.
BTN aims to open 24 Digital Stores across strategic locations by the end of 2025 to expand service reach, drive digital transactions through balé by BTN, and strengthen BTN’s positioning as an innovative bank aligned with modern digital lifestyles
