PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (BTN) has officially entered into a strategic partnership with the Government of North Minahasa Regency to launch DigiKab powered by balé, an innovative digital platform designed to accelerate public service transformation and enhance local revenue (PAD).
The launch event was attended by BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu and the Regent of North Minahasa, Joune J.E. Ganda, SE., MAP., MM., MSi. DigiKab powered by balé expands the capabilities of BTN's balé super app to the district level, further strengthening BTN's position as the digital transactional bank of choice for communities.
The platform offers a wide range of key features, including direct marketing of agricultural products by farmers, booking of local tourism destinations, digital public services for island areas, integrated restaurant tax payments, MSME financing, and the DigiKab Sehat feature
This collaboration reflects BTN's strong commitment to supporting regional government digitalization and delivering inclusive financial solutions that directly benefit local communities and the regional economy.
