On October 2, 2025, PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (BTN) held the BTN Human Capital Summit 2025, a strategic forum to strengthen talent transformation towards BTN's Vision 2029. The event, held at Menara BTN, was attended by the Indonesian Minister of Manpower, Prof. Yassierli, Ph.D., the Board of Commissioners and Directors of BTN, as well as thousands of BTN employees from all over Indonesia.
Minister Yassierli emphasized the importance of creating a harmonious, productive, and adaptive human resource ecosystem. BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu stated that BTN's digital transformation is proceeding alongside investment in human resources without any layoffs.
The event also marked the launch of BTN's 2025-2029 Long-Term Human Capital Plan, BTN's 2025-2029 Corporate Culture, and the signing of the 2025-2027 Collective Labor Agreement (PKB).
BTN used this forum to emphasize its commitment to becoming the Home of Indonesia's Best Talent, while also supporting the financial empowerment of Indonesian families through excellent, innovative, and globally competitive human resources.
