The Subsidized Mortgage (KPR Subsidi) program, as part of President Prabowo Subianto’s Three Million Homes Program, has generated a multiplier effect extending across 185 sub-sectors of the economy.
Beyond supporting access to decent housing, the program contributes directly to national economic growth. According to data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the housing sector drives demand in hospitals, shopping centres, schools, transportation, retail industries, office spaces, MSMEs, and more. This makes housing one of the most labour-intensive sectors, playing a pivotal role in boosting domestic consumption and strengthening socio-economic stability.
President Prabowo’s Three Million Homes Program is expected to help resolve the housing backlog and improve uninhabitable housing conditions. To support this, BTN continues to expand access to mortgages by strengthening its sales force, enhancing marketing networks, and deepening strategic collaborations with developers and the government.
These initiatives underscore BTN’s commitment to sustaining the development of the housing sector as a key driver of Indonesia’s economy and an integral contribution toward realizing Indonesia Emas 2045.
