BTN is expanding its recruitment of outstanding young talents from among university students through the Inspire Corner event, held at the ITS Research Center Auditorium in Surabaya on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. This initiative aligns with BTN’s mission to become the home of Indonesia’s best talents and forms part of its recruitment strategy to attract top graduates from ten leading universities in the country. ITS was chosen as one of the main targets, recognized for producing engineering graduates with strong analytical and planning skills.
BTN’s commitment goes beyond recruitment—it nurtures and develops young talents in line with its vision as the Home of Indonesia’s Best Talent. To further strengthen this, BTN provides an internal platform for innovation through the Forum Innovation Award, which has generated more than 2,000 ideas from young employees. One notable outcome is the Developer Rating module, now applied in the Bank’s business processes.
