PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, through its Sharia Business Unit (BTN Syariah), continues to strengthen its commitment to supporting national housing development by financing a large-scale residential project in Bogor on Wednesday (22/10/2025) developed by PT Suryagajah Maspertiwi (Ristia Group). The project will deliver approximately 14,000 housing units across 80 hectares, with selling prices starting from IDR 238 million, offering affordable homeownership options for the public.
BTN Syariah is preparing financing support with a potential value exceeding IDR 4 trillion. The financing scheme will utilize various products, including Non-Subsidized Mortgage, Housing Loan (KYG/ “Kredit Yasa Griya”), as well as working capital and investment financing to support the development of public facilities within the housing area. This support is expected to accelerate the provision of livable housing and stimulate the growth of the sharia property sector in Bogor.
