Director of Network & Retail Funding of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Rully Setiawan (right), together with the Secretary General of the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas (Ministry of PKP), Didyk Choiroel (left), signed a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the Bale Solusi Program in Jakarta, Wednesday (13/8/2025).
Through this cooperation, BTN provides payroll services and consumer credit/financing facilities for employees of the Ministry of PKP, including various flagship products such as BTN Subsidized Mortgage (KPR BTN Subsidi), Non-Subsidized Mortgage (KPR Non-Subsidi), Kredit Ringan BTN, and sharia-based financing. The Bale Solusi Program is designed to provide easier banking transactions, expand access to housing financing, and support the optimization of employees’ financial management in a secure, efficient, and integrated manner.
