1. Savings products that can be included in the Points calculation category are BTN Batara Savings, BTN Payroll Savings, BTN Pension Savings, BTN Solutions Savings, BTN e'BATARAPOS Savings and BTN Business Savings in currencies Rupiah
2. Spekta points in the BTN Spekta program are calculated based on the Customer Identification File (CIF) per customer
3. In the event that there is a difference in the data on the number of Specta Points recorded by the Customer and the points contained in Bank BTN, the reference is the data on the number of points recorded in the Bank BTN system.
4. Stipulations regarding the acquisition of Specta Points, calculation of Specta Points, and the value of Specta Points in the BTN Spekta program refer to the terms and conditions applicable at Bank BTN, and can be changed at any time by the Bank BTN.
5. Spekta points contained in the Batara Spekta program are valid for 1 (one) year ending on March 31, 2023. So the Point Redemption Limit is also on March 31, 2023.  If this time period passes, the Specta Points that are not redeemed by the Customer will be forfeited automatically.
6. Customers are required to maintain data confidentiality and password security along with the Customer's personal devices (such as communication tools, computers, simcards, cellphones) used by the Customer to access the Poin Spekta account.
7. All losses that arise as a result of the Customer's negligence and/or carelessness in maintaining the security of the password contained on the supporting device used by the Customer to access the Poin Spekta account, which may be used by parties who are not responsible and cause financial losses are the responsibility of the Customer.
8. Bank BTN has the right to change the terms and conditions of the BTN Spekta program and will be notified to the Customer in the form and method determined by Bank BTN and is binding.
9. The terms of the Batara Spekta program are subject to the relevant provisions governing BTN Savings, BTN mobile banking, BTN ATM/Debit Cards and other applicable legal provisions.

To register for specta points, customers only need to register/activate BTN mobile banking without having to re-register on the point specta website. Customers who have registered for mobile banking are automatically registered on the point specta web application.

The old point specta web application with the address https://poinspekta.btn.co.id  can no longer be accessed, access to the new platform is only through BTN mobile banking by clicking the specta point menu. The new platform can be accessed by customers through BTN Mobile Banking starting in May 2022.
