2. Valid for All Segment, except for Booking Customers and credit disbursement results

3. Booking customers are SOE customers and their children businesses as well as customers managed directly by IFD, however placement of funds is still made at the Branch Office

4. The main requirements for RKAP VOA DPK Institutions at Branch Offices must be achieved

5. Assessment is carried out every quarter by using points and weights
