Flow of Registration Admin/Residential Manager
  1. FILL THE FORM
    The Residence Manager registers and opens a checking account to collect bills
  2. REGISTRATION
    Send Registration Data to the BTN DCD Admin for inputting residence manager data into the Smart Residence Back Office System
  3. EMAIL DATA LOGIN
    The residence manager receives an email containing login data on the registered email
  4. LOGIN
    Residence managers can login to the Residential Admin back office system
Residence Occupants Registration Flow
  1. DOWNLOAD
    Download the BTN Smart Residence application on Google Playstore or Apple App Store
  2. REGISTRATION & LOGIN
    Register on the BTN Smart Residence application by entering your Name, No. HP, Email, & Password
  3. CONFIRM
    Confirm to the residence manager to add occupancy to the Occupant's Smart Residence account
  4. VIEW BILLING
    Residents can see the bills issued by the residential manager on the Bills menu in Smart Residence
  5. PAY BILLING
    Residents can pay bills that have been issued by the manager with various payment channels
