Payment Procedures for PTN-West SMM 2022

Stages of Registration for SMM PTN – Barat 2022

Participants register via https://smmptnbarat.id/List -ptn/ by clicking the registration button
Enter participant data
After registering, participants will get a pay ID and PIN that will be used to make payments through the Bank BTN channel
Printing proof of payment via Bank BTN channel
Re-login on the http://pendaftaran.smmptnbarat.id/ page by using the pay ID and PIN to complete the registration process

Payment via BTN Branch Offices (tellers)

Lengkapi form pembayaran jasa
Isi dengan nama lengkap KAP, PIN, & Kode Bayar
Setelah melengkapi form pembayaran jasa, lakukan pembayaran SMMPTN-BARAT 2022 dengan menyampaikan kode bayar pada teller
Teller akan melakukan validasi jika transaksi berhasil
Nasabah menerima validasi dari teller

Payment via BTN Mobile Banking

Access to the BTN mobile apps (download via Appstore / Playstore)
Enter user ID & password
Select menu transfer & payment, with payment sub menu
Select recipient not in list/new list
Select category of Multi Biller institution
On the multibiller page menu select the destination “SMM PTN-West” then enter the payment code (12 digit number) in the "IDPEL/Pay Code" column. Then click/press “SEND”
A confirmation page appears in the form of Pay Code, Designation, Name, Nominal, Bank Admin, Total Pay, and Category. If it is appropriate, enter your Bank BTN Mobile Banking PIN and continue by selecting “KIRIM”.
Then a Confirmation page will appear if the Transaction has been successful. Proof of this transaction can be saved (download)

Payment via ATM BTN

Enter ATM PIN then select menu OTHER TRANSACTIONS
Select menu PAYMENT
On the PAYMENT menu, select the MULTYPAYMENT menu
On the MULTYPAYMENT menu, select the MULTI BILLER menu
Enter SMMPTN Biller Code – WEST 2022: 00002
Enter the 12 (two eleven) digit payment code printed on the payment slip for the SMMPTN-BARAT selection fee obtained after registering on the http://pendaftaran.smmptnbarat.id page
Payment Confirmation menu, recheck the payment details (PAY CODE and NAME), if it is appropriate, select the YES button
Transaction complete. Then print the receipt/receipt as proof of payment.
