KPR BTN Sejahtera

KPR Sejahtera BTN is a Subsidized KPR for the FLPP (Housing Financing Liquidity Facility) scheme, which is managed by BP TAPERA with the provision for Low-Income Communities (MBR) in the formal/fixed income employment sector Non-Participants Tapera and the informal/non-fixed income employment sector.

Terms and Condition
 i. Applicant Requirements
  • WNI at least 21 years old or married, max 65 years old at credit maturity;
  • Maximum earnings: 
    • Not married IDR 6 million
    • Marriage IDR 8 million
  • Papua and West Papua in particular:
    • Unmarried IDR 7.5 million
    • Marriage IDR 10 million
  • Applicant and Spouse do not own a home 
  • Never received a housing subsidy from the government
  • Have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) Have an Annual Income Tax Return (SPT) for personal income tax 
  • NIK is registered with Dukcapil.
ii. Document Requirements 
  • KTP (applicant and spouse for prospective married debtors);
  • Family Card (KK);
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP);
  • Book or Marriage Certificate for those who are married or Letter/Divorce Certificate for those who are divorced;
  • Salary slip for the last 3 months;
  • Certificate of employment from the company;
  • Savings account statements for the last 3 months;
iii. Other matters according to the provisions applicable to Bank BTN

  • In accordance with the selling price of subsidized housing set by the Government
  • Term of up to 20 years

  • Find the house that you desired through the link www.btnproperti.co.id, info on outlets BTN, property exhibition and so on
  • Completed documents
  • The application files will be processed by bank BTN, such as the Financial Information Service System (SLIK), data verification, and Analysis
  • If the application is approved, the Applicant prepares the sufficiency of the funds in BTN Saving
  • Credit Agreement
  • Credit disbursement
