KPR BTN TNI AD Housing Financing Facilities

Facility for Housing Financing for KPR BTN TNI AD, namely Financing Facilities for fulfilling housing needs for Soldiers and Civil Servants of the Indonesian Armed Forces by using TWP AD utilization funds.

Maximum credit limit up to 250 million

Program Explanation

KPR BTN TNI AD facilities include the following financing:

  • House Financing Loans, namely loans to buy new houses/second hand, Auction mortgages and transfer of debtors, other Take Over Bank mortgages.
  • House Collateral Loans are loans provided with residential collateral for home renovation or other consumptive purposes.
  • House Building Credit, loans for housing development purposes.
Maximum and Financing Period
  • The down payment for all TNI AD mortgage products is starting from 0% (no down payment) valid for the 1st Credit Facility (FK 1). For FK 2 and so on, follow the applicable regulations.
    The loan term is up to 30 years for landed houses and 20 years for apartments
    Free of administration fees, processing fees, and appraisal fees.
  • The facility is covered by credit and fire life insurance.
  • Exemption from penalties for extra payments and repayment of BTN credit before the due date for debt repayment
