Term & Condition
  1. 25% discount on GRAB Every Day
  2. Transaction using the BTN VISA Debit Card already stored in the GRAB application
  3. Minimum transaction of IDR 40,000 with a maximum discount of IDR 10,000 for GRABCAR
  4. Minimum transaction IDR 20,000 with a maximum discount of IDR 5,000 for GRABBIKE
  5. The customer must save the BTN VISA Debit Card in the GRAB application to be able to make transactions.
  6. Promo code :
    • GRABCAR  : BTNCAR
    • GRABBIKE : BTNBIKE
  7. Promo valid for 1 account / 2 transactions / 1 week
  8. Promo valid every day during the promo period
  9. Valid only for BTN VISA Debit Cards
  10. The promo quota applies, and customers don't get the promo if:
    • 2 transactions have been made in a week
    • The BTN promo quota has run out (the promo code does not appear on the promo page)
  11. Transaction Mechanism
    The discount will apply when transactions use the BTN VISA Debit Card in the GRAB application:
    • The customer chooses the desired Grab transport (Grabcar/Grabbike).
    • Select the destination and pick-up location.
    • Select payment using the BTN VISA Debit Card that has been saved in the GRAB application (the option at the bottom left of the application screen display).
    • Select “offer” to select a promo code (choice at the bottom right of the application screen display, or next to payment options).
    • Search for the promo code BTNCAR (Grabcar) or BTNBIKE (Grabbike) or type the promo code in the column “enter promo code”.
    • After there is a promo code, select “use now”.
    • Travel costs will be discounted according to the promo conditions.
