You can get benefits from each membership level

• Providing airport transfer/station transfer facilities.

• City locations are Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Malang, Bali, Lombok, Manado, Makassar and Balikpapan.

• Reservations are made at least H-3 of the pick-up schedule for Alphard/BMW iX/i5 and H-2/H-1 reservations for Hyundai Ioniq 5/Toyota Innova.

• Vehicle types are subject to availability and will be informed via Customer email.

• In high season conditions, the type of vehicle may change or will be adjusted to the availability of the provider.

• In conditions where there is a regular toll road entrance fee, this fee is included in the domestic airport transfer service benefits, but does not include the burden of new toll road entrance fees from 2023 to date (for example: JORR2, Kunciran, Becakkayu).

• The Domestic Airport Transfer service only covers certain zones. Outside of these zones, the booking cannot be processed.

• If there is a change in the arrival schedule or flight delay, the Customer can inform the Loyalty Platform Assistant (via WhatsApp at 0811-8113-3888) no later than 5 hours before the pick-up/drop-off schedule according to the previous reservation.

• 1 submission code is valid for 1x reservation per customer.

• Submission code is valid for 1x24 hours.

• This Domestic Airport Transfer benefit is non-transferable and can only be used by The BTN Private Customers.
