Valet & VIP Parking Benefits

Terms & Conditions

Benefit is valid for BTN Private Customers.
Benefit is not transferable.
Valet or VIP Parking facilities are currently there:
1. VIP Parking: BTN Tower 2.
2. Valet Parking: Grand Indonesia and ASHTA District 8.
Valet Parking and VIP Parking slots will depend on available slots at the venue. ----- BTN Private does not guarantee slot availability.
For Grand Indonesia Valet Parking, the following applies:
1. West Mall locations: Amartha Lobby, Arjuna Lobby, Basement 1 West Mall, GF Parking Area (Self Valet).
2. East Mall Location: Ayodya Lobby, Ramayana Lobby, Kempinski Hotel Lobby, P7 Parking Area.
3. Valid for regular valet service and excludes casual parking fees incurred.
4. 1 time reservation in the form below can only be used for 1 time valet service.
5. Customer will receive the reservation form in the email and show the code in the Customer's registered email to the Valet Officer on the spot.
6. The customer must receive a valet ticket as proof of delivery and collection of the valet vehicle.
7. If the valet ticket is lost, the Customer will be charged a lost ticket penalty fee.
If the customer does not come after the reservation, the reservation is considered forfeited and reduces the quota.
