Valet or VIP Parking facilities are currently there:
- VIP Parking: BTN Tower 2.
- Valet Parking: Grand Indonesia and ASHTA District 8.

Valet Parking and VIP Parking slots will depend on available slots at the venue. ----- BTN Private does not guarantee slot availability.

For Grand Indonesia Valet Parking, the following applies:
- West Mall locations: Amartha Lobby, Arjuna Lobby, Basement 1 West Mall, GF Parking Area (Self Valet).
- East Mall Location: Ayodya Lobby, Ramayana Lobby, Kempinski Hotel Lobby, P7 Parking Area.
- Valid for regular valet service and excludes casual parking fees incurred.
- 1 time reservation in the form below can only be used for 1 time valet service.
- Customer will receive the reservation form in the email and show the code in the Customer's registered email to the Valet Officer on the spot.
- The customer must receive a valet ticket as proof of delivery and collection of the valet vehicle.
- If the valet ticket is lost, the Customer will be charged a lost ticket penalty fee.

If the customer does not come after the reservation, the reservation is considered forfeited and reduces the quota.
