Terms and Benefits
  1. The Petitioner is a Business Entity in the Form of a Legal Entity/Non-Legal Entity/and an Individual

  2. Maximum 80 % of RAB for Housing, Facilities and Infrastructure Needs

  3. House Building Works Include: Preparatory work, foundation, structure, wall, roof, electrical, sanitary up to finishing work

  4. House Facility Works Include: Certificate resolution, IMB resolution, PLN electricity connection, PDAM/Borewell installation, etc

  5. House Infrastructure Works Include: Road works, primary/secondary channels, electricity transformer installation, public facilities (parks, etc.), social facilities (mosques, etc.), and TPSS

Terms and Benefits
  1. The Petitioner is a Business Entity in the Form of a Legal Entity/Non-Legal Entity/and an Individual

  2. Financial ceiling is 70% of Land Value based on AJB

  3. The defrosting mechanism is lump sump with Reimbursement Pattern

  4. Criteria for a simple house is a house that is not flat with an area of not more than 70m2 (seventy square meters) built on land with an area of 54m2 (fifty-four square meters) up to 200m2 (two hundred square meters) with the highest construction cost per square meter for the construction of a type C official house; and/or

  5. Flats with floor area not more than 63m2 (thirty-six square meters).
