PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (BTN), in collaboration with the Indonesian Judges Association (IKAHI), has launched the “Graha Hakim” Home Ownership Program as part of BTN’s commitment to expanding housing finance access for state officials. This initiative provides judges across Indonesia with easier access to home ownership through competitive financing schemes and streamlined mortgage processes.
The collaboration was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu and IKAHI Chairman, Supreme Court Justice Dr. H. Yasardin, S.H., M.Hum. The ceremony was witnessed by the Judicial Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and IKAHI Patron, H. Suharto, S.H., M.Hum., as well as BTN Director of Consumer Banking Hirwandi Gafar at Menara 2 BTN, Jakarta, on Tuesday (11/11/2025).
Under the “Graha Hakim” program, BTN offers a range of benefits, including competitive interest rates, reduced administrative and contract fees, and simplified mortgage (KPR) application processes. This initiative aims to enhance the welfare, security, and financial stability of judges and their families—reflecting BTN’s broader commitment to improving the quality of life for judicial officers.
BTN President Director Nixon LP Napitupulu emphasized that providing adequate housing for judges is a form of BTN’s support for the judicial sector as a key pillar of law enforcement in Indonesia. “We aim to serve not only as a banking institution but also as a trusted partner that helps judges attain their dream homes and build a more prosperous future,” Nixon stated.
The launch of the “Graha Hakim” program marks a strategic step for BTN to strengthen consumer credit penetration within the civil service segment while promoting financial inclusion through more accessible and affordable housing finance.
