The meeting room reservation benefit is used to book and use meeting rooms available at branch offices throughout Indonesia to support BTN Private Customers' business.

Reservation, cancellation or rescheduling of the date of arrival can be done maximum H-2 from the date of arrival of the customer to the BTN Priority Office.

The maximum number of pax / meeting participants depends on each meeting room location.
