The Housing KUR program is a tangible manifestation of the government's commitment, under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto, to provide decent and affordable housing for the wider population. A socialization event for the program was held in Jakarta on Monday, September 8, 2025, and attended by key figures including President Director of BTN Nixon LP Napitupulu, Minister of Housing and Residential Areas Maruarar Sirait, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Anindya N. Bakrie, and BTN Director of Commercial Banking Hermita.
Through strong synergy between the government, business sector, and BTN as a specialist housing finance bank, the Housing KUR program is expected to significantly expand housing access for all levels of society.
