As a form of appreciation for BTN’s commitment to supporting the provision of decent housing for the people, the Ministry of Housing and Residential Areas presented an award to BTN during the 2025 National Housing Day commemoration. The award was personally handed over by Minister of Housing and Residential Areas, Maruarar Sirait, to BTN’s Director of Consumer Banking, Hirwandi Gafar, in recognition of BTN’s contribution in expanding access to homeownership in Indonesia.
BTN’s contribution is reflected through a wide range of adaptive housing finance products, as well as support in construction and land financing for property developers. BTN also continues to innovate through its digital ecosystem “Bale by BTN”, which simplifies the end-to-end process for the public to search, access, and apply for housing finance digitally.
This initiative aligns with the spirit of the 2025 National Housing Day commemoration, which carries the theme “Together Realizing Decent Housing for the People’s Welfare”, highlighting the importance of collaboration, inclusivity, and digital transformation in developing the national housing sector.
