PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) is expanding its Housing Program Credit (KPP) distribution in Yogyakarta to support the government’s Three Million Homes Program and strengthen the housing-sector MSME ecosystem.
BTN’s Director of Commercial Banking, Hermita, noted Yogyakarta’s strong demand for affordable housing and its active housing ecosystem, including developers, contractors, and building material suppliers. “Subsidized mortgage growth in Yogyakarta remains strong, and KPP is designed to empower MSMEs within the housing supply chain,” Hermita said.
BTN has enhanced its readiness through marketing training, digitalized processes, and cross-division collaboration. The bank currently offers a competitive KPP interest rate of around 5.99% through December 2025.
During the KPP Socialization & Signing Event at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, BTN showcased KPP products and banking services to developers, contractors, and MSMEs. Yogyakarta will serve as the starting point for BTN’s broader KPP expansion across Java.
