PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) reaffirmed its leadership in subsidized mortgage distribution through a mass signing of 26,000 Home Ownership Loan (KPR/ “Kredit Pemilikan Rumah”) Sejahtera under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP/ “Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan”) housing units at the Pesona Kahuripan 10 complex in Cileungsi, Bogor, on Monday (29/09/2025).
BTN President Director, Nixon LP Napitupulu, stated that the event reflects the bank’s commitment to expanding access to decent and affordable housing for low-income families and informal sector workers. With an 80% share of the subsidized mortgage market, BTN continues to drive the national affordable housing agenda.
BTN will continue strengthening collaboration with the government and developers to support sustainable homeownership across all segments of society.
