PT Danantara Aset Management and PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BTN) conducted a visit to beneficiaries of the Home Ownership Loan (KPR / “Kredit Pemilikan Rumah”) Sejahtera under the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP / “Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan”) subsidized housing program in Bangil, Pasuruan, East Java, on Tuesday (14/10/2025). Agus Sugiarto, Independent Commissioner of PT Danantara Aset Management, and Hirwandi Gafar, Director of Consumer Banking at BTN, met directly with residents to observe housing conditions and ensure the program reaches its intended beneficiaries.
The visit underscores the commitment of BTN and Danantara to maintaining good corporate governance (GCG) in the distribution of subsidized housing financing, while ensuring the program delivers real benefits to low-income communities. Through on-site monitoring, both institutions reaffirm their support for the government's efforts to provide decent and affordable housing for all.
