Fair Bid Treatment Provisions
Company Practices 2023-2024 The Company has established a policy on goods and services procurement, outlined in the Procurement Guidelines Standard. To ensure that the procurement processes are conducted in accordance with the policy and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), the Bank has obtained ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) certification for the procurement function.
Additionally, the Bank has transformed its procurement process by developing an integrated end-to-end digital procurement application, ensuring that all processes are carried out in line with procedural workflows and maintain transparency in the procurement of goods and services.
Regular Audits of Ethical Standards
Company Practices 2023-2024 Each year, the Internal Audit Division conducts audit activities covering the following areas:
  1. General Audit
  2. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Audit
  3. Special Audits related to suspected fraud or specific objectives
  4. Internal Quality Audit (IQA)
Employee training on ethical standards
Company Practices 2023-2024 Each year, the Company continues to enhance its human resources through learning and development programs for all employees, utilizing Classroom, Virtual Classroom, and Self-Learning methods. By December 2023, the participation rate in learning and development programs reached 109.96%, exceeding the set target. For 2024, the Company has set a target of 210 training programs with a total of 290,775 participants.Employee competency development is carried out through systematic learning and development programs designed to improve knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Company Practices 2023-2024 The Bank is formulating its policies and incentives based on the Bank's performance as well as corporate sustainability & LTI.
Bribery and corruption for suppliers
Company Practices 2023-2024 BTN has established policies on the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), governing due diligence processes for partners or business associates including all suppliers under Policy No. KK.6-E on Anti-Bribery Management System Guidelines.
This policy specifically addresses the Bank’s suppliers, with detailed Due Diligence Procedures for Business Associates carried out through the following activities:
  1. Verification of Legal Entity Status
  2. Corporate administrative documents, annual financial statements, tax identification numbers, and status as a public company.
  3. Assessment of Qualifications, Experience, and Resources
  4. Evaluation of the business associate’s capabilities and expertise.
  5. Verification of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS)
  6. Determining whether the business associate has implemented an ABMS.
  7. Reputation Check of the Company, Management, and Shareholders
  8. Includes verification of any negative reputation or bribery-related issues, as well as conflicts of interest, conducted at a minimum through the Financial Information Services System (SLIK).
  9. Integrity Pact
  10. If the Bank is unable to obtain information on the ABMS, reputation, or shareholder details of a business associate, the Bank may require the business associate to sign an integrity pact.
This policy provides robust mitigation bribery risks and upholds ethical business practices.
