Terms & Conditions

Reservations can be made no later than H-5 Departure with vehicle types depending on availability (Sedan/MPV).
Reservation Code can only be used once and is valid for a maximum of 1x24 hours since the Reservation Code is issued.
The customer will receive confirmation via email if the customer's request has been followed up on by the Concierge Service.
Airport-to-airport pick-up is not possible.
Cancellation of booking maximum 3 days before the day of departure by contacting your Private Banking Relationship Manager.
Cancellation fee will be borne by the customer.
Customers will receive an SMS / Email notification regarding the name and cellphone number of the driver on duty a maximum of 12 hours before pick-up time.
Please make sure the registered mobile number is active at the time of pick-up.
The driver will arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes before the booked time and will carry a signboard bearing the customer's name.
Maximum waiting time is as follows:
1. Airport Pickup: 60 minutes from actual landing time until the passenger boards the vehicle.
2. Off-airport pick-up: 15 minutes from the designated pick-up time until the passenger boards the vehicle.
Additional waiting fees will be applied per 15 minutes from the 1st minute onwards and will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers must confirm with the driver for additional time. All costs and consequences of delays are not the responsibility of BTN Private.
Reservation changes submitted less than 24 hours from the pick-up time will be charged 10 USD and subject to availability.
Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours or No Show will still reduce your annual complimentary International Airport Transfer benefit quota.
Airport Transfer service is a one-time service, and no extra stops are allowed.
An additional fee of 25 USD/seat will be charged for infant/child seat bookings and is subject to availability.
All costs incurred, such as late fees from waiting times, sudden changes to reservations, or other additional costs, are beyond the responsibility and authority of BTN, so the additional costs incurred are not borne by BTN.
