The Company continues to refine the information technology system utilized to support the digital services development. One of the manifestations of Company's management strategy as a plan for the development and management of information technology in the next three years is the Information Technology Strategy Plan (RSTIK). Every year, the Company's management evaluates RSTIK to update it with the dynamic business needs, in line with the Bank's Business Plan. Furthermore, the transformation of the Digital Banking initiative is to further develop product innovations, features, applications and processes replication as one of the rebranding strategies to obtain new Bank BTN customers in the emerging affluent segment.
