Terms & Conditions

Valid for Domestic Airport Handling, International Airport Handling, and Transfer Flight.

Service reservations are made a maximum of H-1 (one day before) the desired schedule.

Service cancellation can be made no later than H-1 of the booked service day by contacting your Loyalty Platform Assistant or Private Banking Relationship Manager.

For airport handling services that have been booked and not used without confirmation by the provisions of point 1 above, the Customer's airport handling quota will be cut automatically and reducing the available quota limit.

In the event of a delay/change in flight schedule from the airline, the service schedule will adjust to the change in flight schedule.
Meet & Greet Internasional Services

Meeting customers in the area after the immigration area.

Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the baggage claim area and assisting with the retrieval of the Customer's baggage.

Assisting and accompanying the Customer through the customs clearance area.

Assisting and accompanying the Customer to meet the Customer's relation who picks up at the airport or public transportation officer at the exit of the arrival terminal, or getting a taxi service.

Meeting the Customer at the specified location in the departure area.

Assisting and accompanying the Customer for the check-in and baggage drop process.

Assisting and accompanying the Customer through the security checkpoint.

Directing the Customer to the immigration area for the immigration process.

Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the specified boarding gate or the airport lounge facility as required by the passenger's flight class.

Meeting the customer in the area after immigration.

Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the specified departure lounge.

Meeting the Customer at a specified location close to the door/arrival area.
