Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for Domestic Airport Handling, International Airport Handling, and Transfer Flight.

  • Service reservations are made a maximum of H-1 (one day before) the desired schedule.

  • Service cancellation can be made no later than H-1 of the booked service day by contacting your Loyalty Platform Assistant or Private Banking Relationship Manager.

  • For airport handling services that have been booked and not used without confirmation by the provisions of point 1 above, the Customer's airport handling quota will be cut automatically and reducing the available quota limit.

  • In the event of a delay/change in flight schedule from the airline, the service schedule will adjust to the change in flight schedule.

Meet & Greet Internasional Services

International Meet & Greet services on the International flight arrival include:

  • Meeting customers in the area after the immigration area.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the baggage claim area and assisting with the retrieval of the Customer's baggage.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer through the customs clearance area.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to meet the Customer's relation who picks up at the airport or public transportation officer at the exit of the arrival terminal, or getting a taxi service.

International Meet & Greet services at the International flight departure include:

  • Meeting the Customer at the specified location in the departure area.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer for the check-in and baggage drop process.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer through the security checkpoint.

  • Directing the Customer to the immigration area for the immigration process.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the specified boarding gate or the airport lounge facility as required by the passenger's flight class.

Meet & Greet Transfer Flight services when transferring International flights to Domestic flights include:

  • Meeting the customer in the area after immigration.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the baggage claim area and collecting the baggage.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer through the customs clearance area.

  • Assisting and accompanying the check-in process and baggage drop.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer through the security checkpoint.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the specified boarding gate or the airport lounge facility according to the provisions as a passenger.

Domestic Meet & Greet Services

Domestic Meet & Greet services on Domestic arrival include:

  • Meeting customers at a specified location.

  • Welcoming in a friendly and polite manner.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the baggage claim area and collecting the baggage.

  • Assisting and accompanying customers to meet customer relations who pick up at the airport or public transportation officers at the arrival terminal exit, or getting taxi services.

Domestic Meet & Greet service during Domestic departure includes:

  • Meeting the customer at the specified location at the entrance of the departure area.

  • Welcoming using a tab by writing down the customer's name.

  • Accompanying the customer through the security check at the entrance.

  • Assisting and accompanying with the check-in process.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the specified departure lounge.

Meet & Greet Transfer Flight services when transferring Domestic flights to International flights include:

  • Meeting the Customer at a specified location close to the door/arrival area.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the baggage claim area and collecting the baggage.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer for the check-in process and baggage drop.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer through the security checkpoint.

  • Directing the Customer to the immigration area for the immigration process.

  • Assisting and accompanying the Customer to the specified boarding gate or the airport lounge facility according to the provisions as a passenger.

Meet & Greet Transfer Flight services when transferring Domestic flights to Domestic flights include:

  • Meeting the Customer at the specified location close to the arrival gate.

  • Accompanying the Customer to the Transfer Desk.

  • Accompanying the Customer to the departure lounge.

  • Special Meet & Greet service for BTN Private Customers, assisting the arrival or departure of International flights
