it is mandatory to attach the required documents
Individual and institutional customers can open an account and are fully responsible for all account obligations
Accounts are active and used effectively after being approved and activated by the Bank in accordance with applicable provisions

How to Register

Prepare Documents and Funds

The customer can prepare complete documents along with the first deposit of IDR 200,000

Visit BTN Branch Office

The customer can visit the nearest BTN Branch Office to process the account opening

Fill Out the Form

The customer fills out the provided form and submits the required documents

Account Activation Successful

The customer can follow the procedures directed by customer service until Tabungan BTN Batara can be used

Is there any fee if the passbook is lost/damaged?

Yes, there will be a fee for replacing the passbook. You can change your passbook if it is lost/damaged at the nearest BTN Branch Office. The fee charged for passbook replacement is IDR 15,000.
