Terms and Conditions

  • Kartu Debit BTN Visa issued is the property of the Bank and must be returned immediately and unconditionally if requested by the Bank

  • Cardholders must put their signature on the paper panel on the back of Kartu Debit BTN Visa

  • Kartu Debit BTN Visa may not be transferred to anyone and only the authorized Kartu Debit BTN Visa owner is allowed to use it for transactions at ATMs and stores/merchants

  • The Cardholder establishes a PIN (Personal Identification Number) on the PINPAD/ATM provided by the Bank as the Cardholder's personal identification password number to be able to make transactions at ATMs/EDCs

  • The PIN applies to all transactions made either EDC at stores/merchants or ATMs

  • CVV2 (Card Verification Value 2) in the form of a 3 (three) 3-digit number listed on the back of the card is an authorization password number in E-Commerce transactions or online shopping

  • The Cardholder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the PIN, card number, CVV2, security, and use of the card

  • The use of the Card or PIN in unauthorized transactions and has an impact on the incurrence of a loss is the responsibility of the Cardholder. The Bank in this case is exempted from all claims for compensation suffered by the Cardholder or any party

  • Card administration fees are adjusted to the card product

Is there any replacement fee for a regular BTN card?
Yes, regular BTN card replacement will be charged by BTN regulations.

What are the terms and conditions of replacing Kartu ATM/Debit BTN?
The terms and conditions of replacing Kartu ATM/Debit BTN can be done at the nearest BTN Branch Office by bringing your passbook, the ATM card to be replaced, and your National Identity Card (KTP). If your Kartu ATM/Debit BTN is lost, please bring a certificate of loss from the Police.

How do I transact online or through merchants?
Here's how to transact through online and merchants:
- Transaction through offline merchants: Swipe the card at EDC using a 6-digit PIN
- Online or e-commerce transactions: Input card number, CVV, and expiry date. For merchants with 3D security, there will be an additional 6-digit OTP authentication sent via SMS

What should I do if my Kartu ATM/Debit BTN is swallowed, lost, or stolen?
Customers can do the following if their Kartu ATM/Debit BTN is swallowed, lost, or stolen:
- You can report it to BTN Call at 150-286 or 1500-286 or the nearest BTN Branch Office and block the card. Card blocking can also be done on BTN Mobile
- Replace your Kartu ATM/Debit BTN at the nearest BTN Branch Office
