A feature to view updated information related to stock units and your property mortgage application with an attractive and easy-to-understand visual display.

2. Developer Profile
A feature to change or update information about your detailed profile that will be displayed to potential customers.

3. Stock Management (Housing Project, Type, Unit)
A feature to manage your property units such as adding housing projects, types, and units.

4. Online Mortgage Application
A feature to apply for an Online Mortgage by the developer that provides convenience for both developers/developers and prospective customers in conducting property unit purchases.

5. Report Monitoring
A feature to monitor booking fee payments, down payments, and cash payments for property units that have been ordered by prospective customers. You can also monitor the online mortgage status processed by BTN.

6. Developer User Management
A feature used by developers/developers to create and provide access to their employees in managing stock and property orders, namely: developer admin, marketing, and finance.

7. Generate House Reservation Letter
A feature to automatically generate an SPR through the application that will be given to customers who have already booked your property unit.

8. Generate Virtual Account
A feature used by developers/developers to manage bills for consumers who have booked property units either by cash, gradual cash, or KPR for booking fees and down payment payments.
