The customer is required to have Tabungan BTN Batara and other transactional savings as the primary account to conduct transactions

The customer will get further information regarding the SDB opening through the customer service/funding staff

What are the document requirements needed for a Safe Deposit Box?

The document requirements for Safe Deposit Box are as follows:
- Individual Customer Requirements
a. ID Card or Passport
b. TIN
c. Photograph 3x4 as much as 2 (two) pieces
d. Have Tabungan BTN Batara or other according to the provisions
e. ID card of the heir
f. Fill out the BTN Safe Deposit Box (SDB) form
- Institutional Customer Requirements
a. Deed of Establishment
b. NPWP
c. ID card or passport of the party representing the company
d. 3x4 photograph as much as 2 (two) pieces for each representative
e. Have Tabungan BTN Batara or other according to the provisions
f. Fill out the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) BTN form
